Global Entrepreneurship Community (GEC) Summit 2017

Assalamualaikum Readers!

On 13 December, we go to the KLCC convention center to attend the GEC programme. I gain a lot of knowledge especially about the future technology. There are a lot of lab sessions that can be joined by us. My friends and I intrested and go to the 'uses of virtual in cosmetic' (i forgot the exect name) session. there are 5 speakers that present about their product. Which are, company from Loreal, Simplysiti, Can Can Cosmetic, and a lecturers from UM. They proposed the idea of using camera as a medium in trying the cosmetics product. As we know, womens nowdays are concerned about hyginic matter and on the same time they want to try tester such as lipsticks, foundation and so on, on their face or skin. with the VR technology they can tested the lipstick without put on their lips. Loreal company already implement this technology but not in Malaysia. But there are some disadvantage of this technology, which is customer do not know how it suits to the skin based on their skin type. Because the camera cannot detect the skin texture. Other than that, they also talk about halal matter in the cosmetic product. How to get Halal certificate and so on.

I'm so happy and gain a lot of knowledge there. Thank you Dr, for bring us to this kind of event.
